Your team is smart.
So why isn't it shipping?

I help teams fix the invisible friction between people, priorities, and execution — bringing calm, structured clarity without adding bureaucracy. Industry matters less than mindset. If you value outcomes over noise, we'll work well together.

People come to me when…

The team is busy but nothing ships

High activity, low output. The work is happening — just not the work that matters.

🔁

You're the bottleneck on every decision

Nothing moves without you. That's a structural problem, not a people problem.

🗣️

Two sides talking past each other

Two smart groups. No shared language. Decisions stall or get made badly.

📉

A programme has stalled

Everyone's frustrated. Nobody owns the diagnosis. It just... sits there.

📈

Scaling is breaking what worked

The informal systems that got you to 8 people are collapsing at 20.

🌫️

Everyone's working hard, direction's fuzzy

Effort isn't the problem. Nobody's sure what "done" looks like or who decides.

Not a process consultant.
A diagnostic partner.

Most delivery consultants bring frameworks. I bring pattern recognition — built across enterprise programmes, data platforms, and complex multi-team environments. I find the real blocker, not the reported one. And I do it calmly, without adding noise or process for its own sake.

My background spans scientific research and enterprise delivery, which means I think in systems, I'm comfortable with complexity, and I value clarity over volume. I don't need weeks of onboarding to understand how your team works. I observe, I diagnose, and I bring structure that actually fits.

Two kinds of client, one way of working

The clarity I bring is the same. How it's structured, and what reassures you, isn't. Choose the one that fits you.

For founders, small teams, and growing businesses — practical, right-sized support from someone who genuinely cares about what you're building. We usually start with a Paid Pilot: a small, real piece of work, so we can both test the fit before committing to anything ongoing.

Clear from the first conversation

First

Discovery

A conversation to understand the real problem beneath the reported one. No numbers named on the call — I scope before I price.

Then

Written proposal

A clear scope and fixed fee, in writing. You see exactly what's included, what isn't, and what it costs before anything begins.

Throughout

Steady delivery

Real work, clear communication, weekends offline. Scope is the agreement — anything beyond it is agreed and priced separately.

Selected engagements

Course Operations & Enrolment · Online Education (2026)

Turning warm interest into a full, paid intake for a founder-led school

ContextA founder-led online school with genuine demand and a list of interested students, looking for a dedicated partner to own the enrolment process end to end so the founder could stay focused on teaching.
ApproachCame in as delivery partner for a scoped enrolment drive. Re-engaged the interest list with clear, warm outreach, presented dates and pricing, and ran a simple tracking system from first contact to paid — with defined follow-up steps and live numbers reported to support planning decisions.
ResultEnrolment targets comfortably exceeded and a strong paid intake secured, with a meaningful lift in semester revenue. Delivered on a fixed timeline, with a repeatable outreach-to-payment system left in place for future intakes.

Data Platform · Financial Services (2021–2024)

Multiple analytics squads with no shared rhythm — business and engineering constantly misaligned

ProblemSquads operating independently. Business couldn't get clear answers from engineering. Constant priority conflict burning capacity.
ApproachEmbedded as delivery lead. Built a lightweight sprint cadence, a single source of truth for priorities, and a translation layer between engineers and business owners.
ResultDelivery predictability improved across squads. Escalations reduced. New analysts onboarded faster via a training programme I designed and ran.

Enterprise Programme · Global Consultancy (2024–2025)

High-visibility programme reactive and fragmented — burnout risk rising

ProblemLeadership, business, and delivery teams with no shared language. Every decision escalated. Reporting gave status, not insight.
ApproachDiagnosed the real issue — unclear ownership, not capacity. Introduced a decision-rights framework. Restructured reporting to show genuine risk. Protected team pacing.
ResultProgramme stabilised. Teams regained confidence. Leadership got real visibility. Delivery continued sustainably under pressure.

Operations & Facilitation · Wellness Studio (2026)

Helping a studio owner turn workshop ideas into delivered, well-run offerings

ContextA studio owner with strong teaching ability and growth ambitions, but limited capacity to plan, coordinate, and run new offerings alongside the day-to-day of the business.
ApproachPartnered on operations, facilitation, and growth — designing and facilitating a month-long beginner workshop series from concept to delivery, supporting a weekend retreat end to end, and advising on business admin and operational structure.
ResultNew offerings delivered smoothly and a clear growth strategy in place to expand the workshop programme — with the owner freed to focus on teaching rather than logistics.

Content & Partnerships · Small Business (2026)

Owning the full social media operation for a growing business

ContextA growing business needing its social presence run properly and consistently, without the founder having to manage it or oversee every detail.
ApproachTook ownership of the channel as a self-managed workstream — running content scheduling, creation, and publishing end to end, and sourcing and coordinating content-creator collaborations from first contact through delivery.
ResultA consistently managed social presence requiring minimal oversight, with partnerships coordinated reliably and the founder free to focus elsewhere.
